SNAPS LAGER (4.5%) - A floral and citrus forward Pilsner-style Lager brewed with hand selected Motueka from New Zealand and Saphir from Germany for a perfect mash up of old and new world. Brewed with 100% German pilsner malt.

BLUE CRAB DDHIPA(6.5%) - A hazy IPA brewed with a hand-selected blend of hops giving notes of tropical fruit, orange, mango and pineapple. A tribute to the best thing you can pull from the Chesapeake Bay. 

 

 

BROCCOLI DDH IPA(7.9%) - A hazy Imperial IPA brewed with a hand-selected blend of hops giving notes of pineapple, citrus, mango, and white grape. Does not include Broccoli.

Cielo NV Brut Prosecco, Veneto Italy – 100% Glera. Brilliant, with a light yellow color. Persistent and silky bubbles tickle the nose and palate, with aromas of lemon peel, acacia flowers and Golden apples. A very fresh taste, almost crunchy with its memories of fresh fruit and citrus fruits. Every sip amazes with a pleasant juicy aftertaste. Vegan. 

 

Cielo Extra Dry Rosé Prosecco 2023, Veneto Italy – 90% Glera, 10% Pinot Noir. Small, fresh bubbles to your palate with fruit and fragrant aromas. Frisk 2024 Prickly Riesling, Alpine Valleys South Eastern Australia – Made by a team of maverick winemakers hailing from Victoria’s far corners, Frisk is crafted by seasoned hands. Harvested in the chilly eve, prized free-run Riesling juice is fermented with canny yeasts that ensure the wine is sporting plenty of aromatic verve. And the prickle? Maison L'Envoyé 2023 Straight Shooter Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley Oregon – 91 Points James Suckling. Aromas of fresh-tilled soil, ripe raspberries and that amazing scent you get when you remove a vinyl LP from its sleeve for the first time. Bright acidity illuminates the wine's tart redcurrant, thyme and rosemary flavors. The wine's crisp, lithe texture is as boisterous as its acidity. 

 

DiamAndes 'Perlita' 2021 Malbec-Syrah, Valle De Uco Mendoza Argentina – 91 Points James Suckling. 80% Malbec, 20% Syrah. Sustainable, and Vegan. Argentine red blend from the Uco Valley. It is characterized as a juicy, medium-to-full-bodied wine featuring red berry, cherry, and subtle spice notes, featuring soft tannins, attractive and bright violet color, with aromas of plum and dark berries. In the palate it is fruity, silky and velvety, medium-bodied with refined tannins and a flavorful finish. Pair this wine with wild bird game, or red or grilled meats.

Goldschmidt Forefathers 2024 Sauvignon Blanc - Wax Eye Vineyard, Marlborough New Zealand – 100% Sauvignon Blanc. Pale straw in color, this wine has aromas of citrus blossom and fruit, including apricot, pear, and nectarine. The palate features white flowers, honeysuckle, and a lingering mouthwatering finish, with distinct minerality from chalky, flinty soils. Its medium-full texture and refreshing acidity make it a versatile pairing for dishes like scallops, goat cheese, roast chicken, grilled trout, salmon, roast turkey, salt and pepper tofu, or pork chop. Chelsea Goldschmidt 2023 Merlot - Guidestone Rise Estate, Alexander Valley CA – 92 Points Wine Enthusiast, 91 Points James Suckling. 100% Merlot. Wood Program: 100% French/ 20% New Oak, Barrel Aged 9 Months. Bright ruby with violet undertones, this youthful Merlot bursts with high-toned aromas of wild  raspberry, red cherry, and pomegranate, accented by  rose petal, baking spice, and a hint of crushed  limestone. Lively and energetic on the palate, it delivers vibrant notes of cranberry, plum, and red  cherry, with polished tannins and mid-palate  complexity from white pepper and blueberry. The  finish is sleek and mineral-driven, with lingering  black cherry and spice. More agile and lifted than its  Dry Creek counterpart, it reflects Alexander  Valley’s warm days and cool nights with clarity and  verve. Drink through 2035.

 

Hilary Goldschmidt Charming Creek Vineyard 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon, Oakville Napa Valley CA  –  92 points Wine Enthusiast. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aging: 20 months, Barrels: 100% French Oak, tight-grain, 25% new, 75% 2-3 year old barrels. The palate is lush and creamy on entry with mineral notes. The color is deep purple with a youthful hue. It is elegant and yet has mid-palate power and weight. The texture is satiny and bright and held together by fine-grained tannins. Aromas include blueberry, black cherry, and plum with a hint of rose petals. Black fruits bring the flavor of blackberry, black fig, and a touch of cocoa. A delicate dark chocolate bitterness lingers on the finish. As Cabernet Sauvignon wine has a more intense and bolder flavor, the food that pairs well with it is hearty and rich—lamb and steak or a great burger with portobello mushrooms. Deep purple and full-bodied, this wine opens with blackberry jam, licorice, and pepper aromas. The smooth, layered palate features well-integrated tannins, hints of mineral and Asian spice, and a long, supple finish. A touch of Petite Sirah adds depth, reflecting traditional Italian blending. Les Folies Vouvray is stunning with its elegancy and freshness which is carried through the ripe fruity palate, manned with hints of honey and apricots.

 

LoveR Rosé, Coteaux D’Aix En Provence France – 68% Grenache, 14% Syrah, 8% Cinsault, 7% Cabernet Sauvignon and 3% others. This dry rosé has a beautiful light color. It displays aromas of red fruits with a nice, refreshing and clean finish. There is also a touch of minerality. Fabulous value from Provence! 

 

Thorn-Clarke Reserve Shotfire 2019 Shiraz, Barossa Valley South Australia – 93 Points Jeb Dunnick, 93 Points Wine & Spirits. Barrel aged for 24 months...this wine is stunning! This poised and powerful wine is drinking amazingly well but with its density and presence will cellar impeccably well. "Growers in Barossa for six generations, the Thorn-Clarke family farms close to 600 acres of vines, providing the fruit for this sleek, black-fruited shiraz. It’s silky- smooth, with the concentration and density of flavor that takes the tannins toward blood, iron and sage. A deep, dark wine with pleasure to spare, this begins to show floral scents of roses, then detailed flavors of plums and strawberries after a day open to air. 

 

San Román Bodegas y Vinedos 2022 Red, Toro Spain – 96 View from the Cellar, 93 The Wine Advocate, 93 Vinous Media. Just in from George's tasting with Bodegas San Roman's Winemaker and Technical Director. Victor Fernandez. San Roman is produced by the Garcia family. Mariano Garcia is Spain's most Iconic Winemaker, as he was the Winemaker for Vega Secilia for more than 30 years, before founding his five family estates in Ribera del Duero and San Roman. This bottling is the Garcia family's top cuvée from Toro is made from very old vines, both tempranillo and garnacha. Blend of 8 parcels from 3 vineyards, all vinified separately.  2 years in barrel. Very New World Style.  Incredible bottle!  "The vines are anywhere from sixty to more than one hundred years of age. These ancient vineyards are farmed by certified organic methods, transitioning to biodynamics. The San Román Tinto is raised for twenty-two months s in casks and demi-muids, with French oak now used exclusively. Twenty-five percent of the barrels are new for each vintage. The 2022 vintage of San Román Tinto comes in at 14.5 percent alcohol and shows beautiful depth and nascent complexity in its bouquet of black plums, black cherries, pipe tobacco, a superb base of soil, a discreet array of tempranillo spice tones, woodsmoke and cedary oak. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied, focused and complex, with stunning depth of fruit at the core, fine soil signature and grip, ripe, buried tannins and impeccable balance on the long, precise and very, very promising finish. Back before the DO of Ribera del Duero was formalized, Vega Sicilia used to have some fruit from Toro’s finest vineyards that found their way into Único. LES FUMÉES BLANCHES 2023 SAUVIGNON BLANC, IGP Côtes de Gascogne – In 1997, François Lurton and his brother Jacques discovered this little-known terroir, the perfect place to grow and express the true character of Sauvignon Blanc. ‘Les Fumées Blanches’ (meaning ‘white smoke’) owes its name to the morning mist that covers the Sauvignon Blanc vines at the foot of the Montagne Noire between the Atlantic and the Pyrenees. Bright, pale-yellow color with green tints. The nose reveals typical notes of lemon, lime and grapefruit, with beautiful exotic fruits such as passion fruit and pineapple. The palate offers good volume on entry, then becomes lively and fresh with a saline finish.

A soft palate showcases concentrated flavors of blackberries and strawberries, followed by hints of vanilla. Moderate acidity rounds up this simple yet enjoyable red, offering good value.

This cuvée is made with great care, from Baptiste's neighborhood vineyards and friends, to offer consumers a racy and elegant wine, in the pure tradition of the Grangeon’s Family. 60% Grenache, 30% Syrah, 10% Mourvèdre. Clear ruby red color, purple reflections. Attractive nose marrying cherry, strawberry, spices, licorice. Mouth full and full that overflows with a delicious juicy and ripe fruit, embellished with tones of pepper and garrigue.

2024 Guillaume de Guers Picpoul de Pinet, Languedoc-Roussillon, France – 92 Points Wine Enthusiast. The nose is elegant, with aromas of fresh fruit and citrus fruit especially grapefruit. Well-balanced with typical focusing and zesty acidity. "Aromas and flavors of kiwi and elderflower, yellow apple, mossy earth, and aloe and rubber saps with a bright, dry-yet-fruity light-to-medium body and a breezy finish with notes of hint of wintergreen and fines herbes. A soft, earthy French white for the table."

Chateau Larose-Trintaudon Haut-Medoc 2019, Bordeaux France – 93 Points James Suckling.   60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot. Beautiful dark ruby color with quite an intense bouquet bringing together aromas or red ripe berries as well as spicier vanilla notes. On the palate the wine is incredibly round with a dense tannic structure, yet not overly massive. Great freshness finished off by slight mineral undertones and a silky texture.  

 

Susana Balbo Late Harvest Torrontes, Paraje Altamira Uco Valley Mendoza Argentina – 100% Torrontes. A wine with yellow color and golden hues. The nose displays delicate, floral aromas combined with exotic fruits. The mouth reveals flavors of fresh fruit that combine with honey and vanilla notes that are due to the oak. Its finish is balanced, elegant and persistent.

Josh Cellars Prosecco DOC, Italy – An extra dry Prosecco, offering a refreshing acidity and a touch of sweetness from the ripe fruit. It has aromas of pear, green apples and citrus and the light effervescence, providing a vibrant and crisp taste. “Made by a son to honor his father, inspired by the values of family and hard work, Josh Cellars is the wine made for sharing with those who matter most.” 

 

La Vieille Ferme Blanc, Rhone, France – Varietals: Bourboulenc, Grenache Blanc, Ugni blanc, Vermentino. Tasting Notes: Elegant pale yellow-green color with silver undertones. This wine opens up with a nose full of freshness with notes of crisp-green apples and pears mixed with a bouquet of mountain flowers such as white thorns and wild verbena. These aromas linger on the palate with a very nice balance between juicy fruit and great freshness. The saline notes on the

finish bring a delicate hint of bitterness which gives this wine length and savoriness. 

 

Cave De Lugny Macon Lugny Les Charmes, Mâconnais Bourgogne France – 100 % Chardonnay. Clear and shiny goldish yellow, with green hints when young. Fresh and fruity with notes of flowers and fruits (nuts, honey, acacia and citrus). Medium-body, packed with delicate flavors of fruits with a slightly spicy finish. 

 

Belle Glos Balade Pinot Noir, Santa Lucia Highlands Monterey County California – Rich crimson in color with fragrant aromas of blackberry, sage, cherry, and hints of rich dark chocolate. Bold and elegant on the palate with boysenberry pie, black currant jam, dark plum, and subtle notes of ground nutmeg. Balanced and structured, this wine has beautiful acidity that lingers through to a long, mouthwatering finish.

 

La Posta Pizzella Malbec, Paraje Altamira Uco Valley Mendoza Argentina – 100% Malbec. A beautiful red and purple color with aromas of black cherries, dark fruits, dark chocolate and baker’s spice. On the palate, the wine shows dense, dark berry and plum flavors along with hints of sandalwood and spice, and even a hint of violets in the finish. This is a full-bodied and well-structured wine that is incredibly full of life and born to be enjoyed with food and friends.

 

Clos de Los Siete Red Blend, Campo de los Andes in the Uco Valley Mendoza Argentina – 91 Points Jeb Dunnuck. Varietals: Malbec, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot. Deep, glittering ruby color and a fresh aroma profile, with notes of blackberry, red fruit and wild herbs. On the palate, the elegant combination of rich body weight with medium plus concentration and seductive acidity adds freshness and liveliness and promises excellent potential for aging.

2024 Albariño – This 100% Albariño.  Thoroughly refreshing and endlessly sippable with flavors of tropical fruits, peaches, sea salt, almond, lime zest, white flowers. There is a persistent mineral thread throughout the long, lively finish. 

 

2022 Passeggiata – Medium-bodied, is a “go-to” wine that is good on its own or with just about anything. Smooth, with nice acidity and easy tannins, this wine shows lots of sweet cherry, plum, and berry aromas and flavors tinged with a hint of earthiness. Note the herbal, floral, and pepper spice that round out all this wine has to offer. The finish is lingering with a palate showing plum, mineral, and pepper spice. 

 

2022 Rolling Hills – 38% Cab Franc, 34% Petit Verdot, 17% Cab Sauv, 11% Merlot. Notes of lightly smoked cedar lift from the glass alongside classic notes of red currants, dried herbs, and cherry. The palate is serious and stately with pleasantly grippy tannins and good concentration. Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot do the heavy lifting this year and it shows with beautiful brambly fruit accented by sage, tobacco, plum, fresh peppercorn and more currants leading to a snappy, fresh finish.  

 

2022 Crumbling Rock – 47% Cab Sauv, 29% Cab Franc, 18% Merlot, 6% Petit Verdot. Opens with aromatics of cedar, violets, sweet tobacco, and cassis leading to a youthful and full-bodied palate with dark berries, mocha, and a slightly smoky note on the finish. Delicious now, but this is going to age magnificently!. 

 

Terra Dulce IX Dessert Wine – Smooth, easy to drink sweet wine that would be perfect either before or after dinner. The sugar and alcohol are so nicely balanced that neither prevails over the other. There is no cloying feel on the palate, rather the wine has a rich, juicy feel to it. Terra Dulce IX shows oxidized aromas similar to Sherry. Aromas and flavors of raisins, dates, fig, almond, toffee, tobacco, and cocoa arise then segue into a long, lingering warm finish. Warm and toast on the palate, great with an after-dinner cheese plate, or chocolate, this port-style wine is also a treat on its own.

Champagne Trouillard Blanc de Noir Extra Brut, Champagne France – 91 Points Wine Enthusiast. This 100% Pinot Noir champagne is only vinified with white juice of black grapes, hence its name Blanc de Noirs. Its low sugar dosage makes it extra dry.  It is defined by a deep and unique structure. It shows golden, fine bubbles, an intense and vinous bouquet with red berries and spicy notes. Ample, full bodied and powerful in the mouth. You will be invaded by a sensation of freshness. 

Chateau Sainte Marie 2023 Bourgogne Chardonnay Vielles Vignes, Burgundy France – 100% Chardonnay. From old vines (Vieilles Vignes), known for fresh, complex flavors of white flowers, citrus (lemon/orange), pear, and spice, with a saline finish, offering crisp acidity balanced by buttery notes, pairing well with seafood, fish, or cheeses like goat cheese.  The 2023 vintage was generally excellent in Burgundy, producing high-quality Chardonnay with vibrant fruit and structure, making this a sought-after, fresh expression of Chardonnay from the region. 

Grand Veneur 2023 Cotes du Rhone Blanc Les Champauvins, Loire Rhone Valley France –  92 Points Jeb Dunnick. 100% Viognier. The color is clear and brilliant. A very intense nose of flowers, white peach and pear. On the palate, aromas are expressed with balance and an amazing freshness. A great example of Rhone white, single grape “Viognier”. 
Chateau Bourdieu 2023 Red Cotes de Bordeaux, Blaye Bordeaux France – Gold Medal - 95 Points Decanter. 87% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon and 3% Cabernet Franc.  The beautiful red ruby color is deep and intense. It exhales red fruits and blackcurrant aromas, completed by notes of redcurrant. The mouth feel is round and juicy, with smooth, well integrated tannins that offer a nice structure and a long finish.

The middle mouth is orchestrated by a chalky minerality that provides frankness, salinity and length to the palate. The dosage reveals a creamy texture relayed by mineral, minty and lemony freshness, providing for a pleasant airy feeling in the finish. 
 

Eva Pemper Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough, New Zealand – 95 Points Decanter. 100% Sauvignon Blanc. Ripe passion fruit, lime, peach, green mango, nettle, herbs, flint, and citrus. Green nori and savory notes. Cacao and cinnamon alongside dried porcini and pancetta. Sweet tobacco and black cherry. This is full of juicy and hydrated fruit. Hibiscus tea. Expansive and generous across the palate. Ripe red raspberry and black plum tart. Texturally silky and suave. Structurally fine and finessed. Champagne Goutorbe-Bouillot Reflets de Rivière Brut – 93 Points James Suckling.  60% Pinot Meunier, 20% Chardonnay, and 20% Pinot Noir. Bottle fermentation on the lees: 36 months. The eye is attracted by this delicate, pale golden color, displaying very alive thin bubbles. Fine and fresh, the nose shows delicate white fruit aromas (pear and peach). Fresh, vibrant on the palate, this cuvée shows a subtle creamy texture, very refreshing on the finish, with tiny citrus notes.

Cantine Lunae Bosoni Vermentino Grey Label Colli di Luni DOC – 93 Points James Suckling and #70 Wine Spectator 2025 Top 100. 100% Vermentino. The Vermentino Etichetta Grigia is all about freshness and it is considered by many the best expression of true Ligurian Vermentino. Straw yellow with golden highlights. It opens with fresh and bright fruit, citrus, wildflowers and notes of acacia blossom honey. On the palate it is crisp and elegant with a touch of minerality on the finish. Especially suited for all types of seafood dishes but also on its own as an apertif it will transport straight to the Riviera!

Cordero San Giorgio Tiāmat Pinot Nero Oltrepò Pavese DOC – San Giorgio's name comes from the legend of St. George and the dragon. In Babylonian mythology, Tiāmat is the mother of the whole cosmos, the primordial goddess of the oceans and salt waters, and is depicted in traditional iconography as a dragon.  100% Pinot Nero. Clear and luminous ruby red color. Aromas of small red fruits, along with notes of undergrowth and a slight spiciness characterize the nose. Fresh, lighter in body with pleasant soft tannins on the palate.

Château du Gazin Canon-Fronsac Red Bordeaux – 90 Points Robert Parker, Wine Advocate. 85% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc, 5% Malbec. This subtle wine reveals notes of black fruit, blackcurrant and freshly picked blackberries. Her garnet complexion is clear with ruby reflections. At the beginning, the nose is complex with woody notes, grilled then more greedy notes of vanilla pod and fresh caramel will charm you on this vintage with fine tannins, which will perfectly accompany roasted dishes.

Crafted using the same traditional techniques as the flagship Laurel Glen Vineyard Estate Cabernet. The goal here is wine that delivers immediate pleasure. Oak: 30% New Tonnellerie Taransaud, 10% New Canton Cooperage. Time in Oak: 20 months. 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot, 10% Malbec. "...this soft, approachable wine is supple and plush in its youth, ready to unfurl on the palate in baked plum and dark cherry. Baking spice and toasted oak add to the length and grace.

This expressing sparkling wine fills the palate with sublime notes of green apples with harmonizing acidity and minerality, before leading to a delicate essence of lemon mousse with buttery vitality and finishing with an aroma of peaches and apricots. 

 

Bouchaine Estate Vineyard Chardonnay, Carneros - Napa Valley California –

2022 - The orchestration of different yeasts coupled with sur lie aging in stainless steel tanks as well as French oak barrels of different ages, toast levels and origins create an array of unique wines. Only the finest wines are combined in late spring into the vibrant final blend, showcasing the best of our estate. You will find layered, lovely aromas of fuji apple, clementines, kaffir lime and jasmine. A rich, yet tangy palate showcases flavors of nectarine, lemon curd and brioche with a long lip-smacking finish.

2021- This vintage produced a beautiful, pale golden wine. Crisp Macintosh apple, limoncello, and pear fruit notes form the central fruit core. These are followed by a touch of vanilla, ginger and butterscotch - a perfect marriage of bright acidity with rich flavor. The hallmark Bouchaine sueded texture persists in a long-lasting finish.

 

Fuenteseca Organic Rose 2024, Utiel-Requena Spain – 80% Bobal, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. An attractive, strawberry-pink color with violet glints. Clean and very bright. Intensely aromatic, fragrant and deliciously appealing with aromas of ripe red berry fruit, strawberries and cream, red fruit gums and light floral hints. On the palate, it’s fresh, full and very perfumed. The delicious appeal on the nose comes through on the palate with excellent balance, making this wine an intensely-flavored, easy-drinking rosé. The fruit aromas revealed on the nose come through again in a long, lingering finish. 

 

Louis Latour 2023 Bourgogne Gamay, Burgundy France – Of a ruby color embellished by garnet lights, our Bourgogne Gamay is complex on the nose with aromas of black fruits, mocha and cloves. Ample and long in the mouth, the tannins are silky. Nice freshness on the finish.  

 

Commanderie des Hospitaliers 2023 Red Blend, Languedoc Roussillon France – 93 Points Wine Enthusiast. Grenache – Syrah – Mouvedre. The intense range of fruit aromas, from baked boysenberry to quince paste, meets with a sauce spice rack on the nose of this bottling, which punches far above its price class. The palate's plummy flavors are cut by pepper and mace, wrapped in a taut frame that pushes into the finish.

Rubus Prosecco, Veneto Italy – Extra dry, clean, light, fresh & airy. 100% Glera, Certified Organic plus vegan friendly. In the Prosecco DOC Treviso area, due to the high humidity levels and the frequent rainy days, it is very difficult to produce wine using organic methods. Hundreds of millions of bottles of Prosecco are produced in the area, but only 1% are organic. Great on its own as an aperitif or used as a base for cocktails (Spritz or Mimosa). Also delicious with fish and seafood in general.

 

Ruttenstock 2024 Gruner Veltliner, Weinviertel Austria – 100% Gruner Veltliner. Very fruity and light Gruner Veltliner with fresh aromas of citrus and green apples. Crisp on the palate with lively acidity structure. Serve with cold appetizers, soup, fish, vegetables, salad.

 

Viña Otano 2021 Viura, Rioja Spain – 100% Viura. Aromas of pineapple and passion fruit prepare the palate for flavors of Granny Smith apple, white peach and toasted nuts with a touch of eucalyptus in the finish – Wine Enthusiast.  

 

Viña Otano 2020 Crianza, Rioja Spain – 90% Tempranillo 10% Mazuelo. The 2020 Rioja “Crianza” from Viña Otano is crafted from a cépages of ninety percent Tempranillo and ten percent Mazuelo and is given one year of cask aging. The wine is ripe, but well-measured at fourteen percent octane and offers up a lovely, youthful nose of cassis, black raspberries, cigar ash, a nice touch of Rioja spice tones, dark soil and cedar. On the palate the wine is bright, full-bodied and nicely sappy at the core, with good soil undertow, ripe tannins and a long, tangy and nascently complex finish. This is already quite tasty, but more complexity will emerge if given a bit of time in the cellar. It is an excellent value - John Gilman, View from the Cellar.

 

Château Castegens 2019 Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux, Bordeaux France – 80% Merlot, 18% Cabernet Franc and 2% Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine boasts an intense, deep and lively red color. The nose offers black fruit, blackberry, cigar box, licorice, some delicate and integrated oak flavors as well. The mouth is full of fruit flavors, spice and fine toasty flavors. The structure is rich, but the tannins are well integrated already. The finish is long and a slight mintiness gives the wine great length and some purity.​​​
