IMPERO PINOT GRIGO TREBBIANO – Aromas of fresh juicy Golden Delicious apple, stone fruit and a hint of lemon. Refreshing and crisp with hints of lime, grapefruit, and lemon, well balanced and very easy to drink.

PEOPLE FRASCATI SUPERIORE POGGIO LE VOLPI – Bright pale yellow. On the nose reminds pear and green apple, then elderflower, grass, and white flowers. Mainly fresh and tasty, fruity, and easy to drink with a long persistence.

BROCCARDO BARBERA D’ALBA – A rich red wine with vinous and fruity, with pleasant notes of violet. The taste is full and enveloping, light tannins, and good structure.

TINAZZI CORVINA – Bright ruby red with hint of spices. Full bodied, velvety. Balanced with long finish.

POGGIO BONELLI CHIANTI CLASSICO – Ruby red.  The nose is wild fruit, sour cherry, thyme and leather. Dry decisive flavor, balanced by the delicate sweetness of the French oak barrel.

Montecappone Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico DOC – 90 Points Vinous. White peach, hawthorn, and thyme on the nose. Medium-bodied with a crisp, elegant finish. Excellent as an aperitif or as a perfect pairing with spaghetti cacio e pepe. Also a delicious wine to drink with shellfish or seafood in general.


Pala Soprasole Vermentino di Sardegna DOC – 91 Points James Suckling. 100% Vermentino. Organic. Notes of lime and balsamic on the nose. Good depth and balance with a long, satisfying finish! An ideal match with seafood and white fish prepared with a light sauce.


Château de L'Escarelle "June 21st" Rosé IGP Méditerranée – 90 Points Vinous. 40% Grenache, 30% Cinsault, 30% Syrah. Aromas of summer fruits, strawberries, and white peaches. Beautifully balanced with crisp, clean flavors. Refreshing and delicious as an aperitif or with mildly spicy foods.


Pala Centosere Cannonau di Sardegna DOC – 91 Points James Suckling. 100% Cannonau. Organic. Vibrant, exuberant notes of ripe red fruits on the nose. Dry and smooth on the palate with good structure and length. Ideal food pairings include charcuterie, roasted poultry, and lean red meat as well medium-aged cheeses.


Farina Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG – 92 Points James Suckling. 50% Corvina, 20% Corvinone, 20% Rondinella, 10% Molinara, Oseleta and Turchetta.  Ruby red colour with garnet tinges. Ethereal, spicy, with hints of cherry, sour cherry, raspberry, currants, cocoa and balsamic notes. In the mouth the wine is warm, full of great structure, fine and balanced. Excellent paired with game, roasted meats, and aged cheeses.

Brilla! Rosé Extra Dry Prosecco, Veneto Italy – 90 Points Decanter Inspired by diamonds, the distinctive packaging design features a glittery label and a paisley pattern etched into the glass. Delicate and complex bouquet with fruity notes that remind of peach, green apple and lemon. Floral notes of acacia and rose. Fresh and light on the palate, with balanced acidity and body; Round and full-bodied structure. Enjoy rosé bubbles as an aperitif but excellent with fish soups, grilled fish and courses based on mushrooms. 


Anciano no.7 2015 Reserva, Rioja Spain – 100% Tempranillo. Aging: 18 months in American oak barrels, then 18 months in bottle. Color: Rich red core with a Terracotta rim.  Nose: Mature fruit and forest floor aromas with lots of spices and herbs. Palate: Complex red fruit flavors with fresh acidity. Finish: Balanced and lengthy.


Belasco de Baquedano Llama 2019 Old Vine Malbec, Mendoza Argentina – 92 Points James Suckling This Malbec was aged for six months on 3-year-old French Oak Barrels and then placed in bottles to age for a minimum of six additional months. Modern wine with attractive dark cherry-red color with violet hues. The nose shows great intensity. Fruity aromas of cherries, blackberries and plums stand out against a background of fine toasty hints from ageing in top-quality oak. Warm, rounded and well-structured on the palate, with an explosion of fruit flavors underscored by light oaky notes. Pleasant, persistent aftertaste.


Goose Ridge G3 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon, Columbia Valley WA – 90 Points Wine Enthusiast, Best Buy 100% Columbia Valley, 100% Estate Grown. 81% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot, 5% Malbec, 5% Petit Verdot & 1% Cabernet Franc, 5% Merlot, 5% Petit Verdot. Beautiful aromas of fresh, ripe blueberries and black plums with notes of mocha and caramel accented by hints of fresh herbs. The palate delivers intense, vibrant, and juicy dark fruit flavors supported and focused by a fine structure and underlying minerality. The finish is lively and fresh with tremendous length.

Il Mostro ‘LONGANA’ 2021 Terre di Chieti Rosato Frizzante “Pét-Nat”, Abruzzo Italy – 100% Montepulciano. Certified organic. Aromas of red flowers and herbs complement bright red berries. The palate is dense and juicy at first but brightens up as the firm line of acid rushes through the middle of the wine. Light red fruit flavors and floral notes carry through the persistent finish, which features an underbrush nuance.


Underwood 2021 Artist Series Rose, Oregon – The label: as part of their limited artist series, featuring an artist who truly gets the essence of standing out and being bold. Lisa Congdon is an Oregon-based fine artist, illustrator, and author who brings playfulness and joy to every piece of art she creates. Tasting Notes: Peach, Honeysuckle, White Strawberry.  This wine is vegan and gluten-free.



Oregon Trails Wine Co. 'OTWC' 2020 Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley Oregon – A deep, garnet wine fills the glass with aromas of cranberry, red currant, and tart cherry layer together, complemented by a hint of earth and spice. On the palate, this medium bodied wine shows bright notes of raspberry and strawberry, followed by baking spices, earthiness, and an additional note of tart cherry returning on the finish.


Silver Ghost 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley CA – 92 Points Vinous, Antonio Galloni and 92 Points James Suckling. 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Merlot, 5% Petit Verdot.  Sourced from Rutherford, Calistoga & Yountville.  22 Months, French Barrique (50% New).  Full-bodied and richly expressive Cabernet Sauvignon crafted from some of Napa Valley’s finest vineyards. Dark in color with a vibrant nose of blueberries, violets and crème de cassis the palate reveals lush red and blue fruits, mocha and dark spice. The luxurious texture and depth continue through the long finish.


Lapis Luna 2020 Zinfandel, North Coast California – 100% Mendocino, Pauli Ranch. 80% Zinfandel, 20% Sangiovese. All the fruit was gently destemmed and crushed, then inoculated. Each fermentation was pumped over twice daily, with the temperature peaking at 90º F. Maceration from 12 to 28 days, barrel aged 20 months.  Rich, dark, and enticing. Flavors of lush blueberry, plums, and blackberry cobbler. Finish is smooth, long, and juicy.

Mary Taylore 2020 Anjou Blanc, Anjou AOC France – 92 Points – John Gilman, View from The Cellar “The 2020 Anjou Blanc from Pascal Biotteau is a lovely young example of Chenin Blanc. The bouquet is bright and nicely high-toned in personality out of the blocks, wafting from the glass in a mix of apple, sweet quince, chalky soil tones, a touch of bee pollen and a top note of white lilies. On the palate the wine is bright, full-bodied, focused and rock solid at the core, with excellent transparency and cut, zesty acids and a long, complex, and beautifully balanced finish.

Commanderie De La Bargemone 2021 Rose, Coteaux D’Aix-En-Provence – 42% Cabernet-Sauvignon, 30% Syrah, 28% Counoise. Glossy peony-pink.  Red berry fruit, blackberries. Rich and rounded, little acidity; fruity flavors, developing a hint of spice.  Rabbit cooked with olives, rack of lamb with herbes de Provence, fillet of red mullet.


Pedroncelli 2019 Friends Red Blend, Sonoma County CA – A singular combination of Merlot, Zinfandel and Sangiovese. From the fruity aromas to the lingering finish, our Friends Red showcases the best of the blend. Spiced aromas of blackberry and cherry. Rich flavors of red cherries, black plum and light toasted oak accents. It is a medium-bodied harmonious wine with a round fruity finish and smooth tannins. Made in a ready to drink style-no aging required.


BonAnno Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley CA –

  • 2018 - 79% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17% Merlot, 2% CF 2%PV. A deep ruby red, this wine shows classic Napa Cabernet Sauvignon aromas of cedar, tobacco, and cocoa followed by a mix of currant, vanilla and fresh blackberry notes. The texture is smooth, supple and sleek in the mouth with firm tannins and fresh acidity. The palate is loaded with fresh dark fruits, plum, currants and hints of cinnamon and vanilla.

  • 2019 - 92% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Merlot. Deep ruby in color with fresh black cherry, plum, blackberry, cedar, and hints of vanilla. The texture is smooth and sleek in the mouth with firm tannins and fresh acidity. The palate is loaded with fresh blackberry, plum, currants and hints of cinnamon and vanilla.

Both vintages crafted to be enjoyed upon release, this wine will also stand the test of time for those who can wait! 


Boomtown by Dusted Valley 2018 Syrah, Washington State – 96% Syrah, 4% Petite Syrah. 91 Points James Suckling “This is a really delicious Syrah with grilled meat, dark berries and hints of walnuts on the nose and palate.  It’s full-bodied with soft tannins and a long, flavorful finish.  Balanced.  flavored crisp citrus flavors are deliciously rich yet refreshing. It has a good balance of sweetness and acidity, with a long, clean, and fresh finish.”


Angelini Moscato D`Asti DOCG, Veneto Italy – 100% Moscato d`Asti. Bright yellow straw reflections. Lively fruit notes of peach and pineapple Round sweet notes of fruit salad with a balanced delicate finish and a touch of sage. Great as an aperitif to open the meal with salty/spicy appetizers but also pairs perfectly with a variety of cakes, fruit salads, traditional Italian.

Ponzi IPA – A West Coast IPA hopped with criminal disregard. If it seems too good to be true, you’re probably drinking Ponzi. 7.3% ABV


Half street Hefeweizen – Heavy banana and sweet bread on the nose. Undertones of bubblegum and pear. Fruity and toasty flavors reminiscent of banana bread. Light-bodied and bubbly. 5.3% ABV


Silent Neighbor – Made with generous portions of rye and blackstrap molasses, Silent Neighbor Stout is more than meets the eye. Named as an homage to our neighbors in the historic Mount Olivet Cemetery, this stout has a hearty richness shrouded in mystery. It opens with notes of rye, chocolate, and roasted barley blended with rich molasses and subtle fruity bitterness. This whole grain belly warmer is the perfect haunt for any season. 6.7% ABV

Tiroliro Vinho Verde 2020, Minho Provence Portugal – A touch dry, but fruity and refreshing. Lively citrus acidity as well as sliced apple crispness. The wine has the lightest prickle on the tongue, leaving a bright aftertaste. 92 Points Wine & Spirits. “Crisp and luscious pear and lemon flavors.  Crystalline mineral clarity, offering pure Vinho Verde pleasure.”


Croix d’Or Chardonnay, Languedoc France – Bright gold yellow with straw-yellow tints. Fresh on the palate, its melon, pear, fig and crisp citrus flavors are deliciously rich yet refreshing. It has a good balance of sweetness and acidity, with a long, clean, and fresh finish.


Independent Tempranillo 2020, Bajo Aragon Spain – Washington Post Top Wine of the Year 2021 100% Tempranillo. Made with organic grapes, this red wine has clean and fruity aromas of strawberry and blackberries. In the mouth, it presents itself extraordinarily gentle. Full bodied and with an excellent balance between the tannic and acidic sensations. The aftertaste is fresh, pleasant and long lasting.


Casa Santos Lima OMG Tinto Red 2018, Lisboa Portugal – With a beautiful dark color, OMG is a very aromatic wine with fragrant notes of red fruits and liquorice. In the mouth, it is rich and flavorsome with notes of ripe fruits, chocolate, and spices from the aging in oak barrels. With a nice complexity and smooth tannins, the wine offers a persistent and pleasant aftertaste.

Murphy Goode The Fumé Sauvignon Blanc, North Coast CA – 100% Sauvignon Blanc. It’s all about the fruit spectrum from citrus flavors through the tropical. Look for notes of tangerine, peach, pear, melon, and pineapple all brought together in a focused manner. This is the perfect wine to enjoy poolside.  

Diatom Chardonnay 2021, Los Alamos Valley, Santa Barbara County CA – 100% Chardonnay. Fermentation at very low temperatures in small stainless-steel tanks for eight weeks, coupled with inhibited malo-lactic and short hose transit ensure precision and focus. Aromas of lemon, citrus blossom, and wet sand.  Flavors of saline and white peach.  The trexture is precise and balanced.

WillaKenzie Estate 2020 Rose, Yamhill-Carlton, an AVA in Northern Willamette Valley, Oregon – 98.5% Pinot Noir – brings fruit and balance, 1.5% Chardonnay – offers citrus blossom and energy. Grapes were intentionally picked to maintain acidity, balance, and purity of fruit. Notes of passion fruit, citrus blossom, guava, and watermelon rind carry through to a palate that is energetic, lively, and well balanced.


Honoro Vera Organic Monastrell 2020, D.O. Jumilla Spain – 100% Monastrell. The wine was produced under organic regulations established in the European Union norm as well as in the U.S.-NOP certification. There are no chemical products or synthetic pesticides used in production. The vines are planted on chalky soils without irrigation, and with an annual rainfall below 300 mm, the result is very low yields. Cherry red wine with a medium-high layer. On the nose, attractive ­oral aromas stand out with hints of ripe fruit and a balsamic background. It is balanced and fresh on the palate, lively and tasty with adequate acidity and noble tannins of ripe fruit. A seriously good value, especially in the organic category.


Fortress Cabernet Sauvignon 2018, North Coast CA – 93 Points Wine Enthusiast. 87% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot, 3% Malbec. 11 months in primarily French oak; 20% new barrels. Sourcing: Alexander Valley AVA, Pine Mountain-Cloverdale AVA, Mendocino Ridge AVA, Napa Valley AVA. “Intense color with a dark ruby center and garnet edges. Aromas of black currant to blackberry with a bit of mocha and a li­ of sweet vanilla. The palate is fruit-forward with dark lush blackberry, blueberry, and black cherry flavors, followed by a great mid-palate with chewy tannins and hints of cocoa on the finish. Overall, the wine has great balance and is approachable enough to drink young as well as the structure and tannins to age gracefully.” – SUSAN LUEKER, WINEMAKER

Henri Bourgeois - Petit Bourgeois 2020 Sauvignon Blanc, Loire Valley France – 100% Sauvignon Blanc. Remarkably aromatic with pleasant flower and fruit fragrances. On the palate it reveals a freshness and vivacity that is pure and clean. Citrus, apple and gooseberry aromas with hints of passion fruit are found in this lively and bright wine. Here is an excellent aperitif that is also outstanding with fish, seafood and certain white meats. Enjoy Petit Bourgeois with a halibut steak in lemon butter, a kingfish carpaccio, some grilled white fish or goat cheese. 

Lavendette 2021 Rose,  Provence France –  The name Lavendette means "Young Lavender" in French, in the region of Provence vineyards and lavender fields grow side by side. This rose is produced from traditional regional grapes, including Syrah, a red grape variety, which gives the wine its structure, its color, and its aromas of red berries, with a scent of violets. The vineyards of this winery are planted mainly on very dry slopes of Jean Giono in Provence. Wine production in the Alpes de Haute Provence takes place between Durance to Verdon where grows lavanders. Lavendette Rose is a pale pink color. Possesses an elegant nose reminiscent of fresh berries. This wine is supple and fresh on the palate, with a good level of acidity. A perfect accompaniment to quiches, pissaladieres, and crudites.


Philippe le Hardi Pinot Noir Vieilles Vignes 2019, Burgundy France – One of Burgundy’s largest wine Domain’s. Its vineyards are split between the Côte d’Or and Côte Chalonnaise. The diversity of its ‘climats’ results in a rich palette of wines with distinctive styles that reflect the subtleties of the Burgundy varietals. Made from vineyards chosen for their south-eastern exposure and their location in the middle of the hillside to obtain optimal maturity and a lot of complexity. The soils are rich in red clays with a marked presence of limestone. This composition gives the wine a lot of power and depth. 100% Pinot Noir. This open and fruity Old Vine Pinot Noir shows red fruits, balanced acidity, and soft texture. The ripe red fruits are complex and layered with a crisp, juicy aftertaste. 

Ammunition Cabernet Sauvignon 2020, Sonoma County CA – Dark garnet velvet in color and texture. Featuring rich dark fruits with notes of black cherry, blueberry, and spice, this full-bodied Cabernet showcases complex tannins and finishes with savory pepper spice and black currant from the Petit Verdot. Pairs extremely well with all red meats and game.


Piper Sonoma Brut Rose NV, Sonoma CA – 90 Points Wine Enthusiast. Piper Sonoma was founded in 1980 by the Marquis d’Aulan family, direct descendants of the Piper family form the Champagne region of France. Recognizing Sonoma as a great growing region for Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, and believing in its terroir, the family’s vision was to produce world-class sparkling wines in the New World, using old-world winemaking techniques. Nearly forty years later, the Piper Sonoma winemaking team continues to realize that vision and hand crafts premium sparkling wines under the guidance of long-time winemaker Keith Hock. 2% Aged Reserve Blend, 53% Chardonnay. 6% Pinot Blanc. 39% Pinot Noir. Brilliant and bright pink in color, the wine shows aromas of freshly picked cranberry and red fruits, tangerine and guava. The palate is bursting with red fruits and citrus, with a zippy acidity and a long finish.

Unorthodox  Wines by Backsberg

Father and son team Michael and Simon Back operate one of the oldest and most reputed wineries in the Simonsberg area. While the estate's history dates back to 1916 when it became the first winery in South Africa to open a public tasting room, Backsberg has recently become internationally acclaimed for its efforts to make environmentally sustainable wines.  Their Unorthodox kosher range celebrates the Lithuanian Jewish roots of the Back family. Made under the auspices of the Cape Town Beth Din and the OU of the United States, these wines are Mevushal and Kosher for Passover.


  • Sauvignon Blanc – 100% Sauvignon Blanc. With forthcoming grassy and tropical fruit flavors, this unwooded Sauvignon Blanc exhibits a well-rounded, fruity midpalate with crisp acidity. The perfect partner to a wide array of dishes including fresh herb salads, fish and chicken.

Portlandia Pinot Gris, Oregon – 91 Points Wine Enthusiast (Editors' Choice).  A warm, dry summer brought early September ripening to this 2020 Oregon Pinot Gris harvest. The result was balanced sugars and acidity. After fermentation, the wine rested on its lees in 100% stainless steel.  Taste: Bright aromas of citrus zest and lemon meringue with crisp, mouthwatering acidity. Incredible minerality and a smooth finish, the citrus and tropical fruit flavors continue to linger on the palate for several minutes. Pairs perfectly with Pacific Northwest oysters and seafood.

The Big Red Monster, Paso Robles CA – 90 Points Wine Enthusiast. 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 19% Petite Sirah, 6% Petit Verdot. Oak: 30% 1-year-old French, 70% Neutral.  Vinification: All the fruit was gently destemmed and crushed, then inoculated. Each fermentation was pumped over twice daily. Extended maceration for bigger extraction upward of 28 days. This savage beast, clocking in at 15% ABV, shows aromas of black currant and cedar. The 2020 vintage presents VIBRANT acidity and a lingering finish. ” -Craig McCallister, Winemaker.

Carmel Road Chardonnay 2020, Monterey County CA – 100% Chardonnay.  Aging: 81% stainless steel, 19% neutral oak.  “Lively aromas of white peach and Asian pear. Bright acidity, minerality, fresh and vibrant on the palate with layers of citrus. Texture and richness leading to a round and complex finish.” -Kris Kato, Winemaker.

Carmel Road Pinot Noir 2019, Central Coast; Monterey & Santa Barbara County CA – 100% Pinot Noir.  Barrel Aging: 9 months, 15% new French Oak.  “Sourced primarily from Monterey and Santa Barbara County, expressing aromas of red cherries, strawberries and hints of baking spice. Lush and juicy berry flavors on the palate layered with notes of black tea. Well balanced acidity, richness and texture. Silky tannins lead to a long finish.” -Kris Kato, Winemaker.

Tenuta Di Arceno 2019, Chianti Classico Italy 93points James Suckling. 85% Sangiovese, 15% Merlot. Aging: French oak, 10 months. “Very pretty Chianti Classico with a medium body, firm tannins and a fresh finish. It’s medium to full-bodied with integrated tannins and a long, linear finish. Cool and well crafted. Drink or hold.”

Carmel Road Cabernet Sauvignon 2019, California – 76% Cabernet, 15% Merlot, 5% Syrah, 3% Petit Verdot, 1% Cabernet Franc.  Barrel Aging: French and American oak. “Vibrant black cherry aromas with layers of vanilla bean and toasted oak.
