Bodegas Ramírez De La Piscina 2025 Blanco Rioja, Spain – 92 Points Vinous Antonio Gallino. 85% Viura (Macabeo) and 15% Chardonnay. Vibrant, fleshy, and dry profile with notes of baked apple, poached pear, lemon zest, and white flowers. 

 

Passopisciaro Passobianco Terre Siciliane IGT, Italy – 100% Chardonnay. Soil - Pure lava dust and rocks, rich in minerals from Guardiola and Montedolce The Chardonnay grows on the steep terraces of these contrade between 2,788 and 3,280 feet and develops an expression of joyous elegance and deep minerality. The wine shows layered aromas of honey, toasted almond, saffron and Sicilian orange, carried by a supple, waxy mid-weight palate. Polished and expressive, with real charm. Before bottling, the wine settles for 5 months in stainless steel. Before releasing to the market, the wine is aged in bottle for at least eight months. “An expressive Rioja Crianza showing some grilled herbs, black cherries and spiced dark plums. Medium body with firm tannins and a textured, medium-long finish. Drink or hold.” – James Suckling.

Evelyne Blanc De Blancs Brut Reserve, California – Evelyne is crafted in the traditional Méthode Champenoise method. This Brut Reserve is a cool climate sparkling wine with bright and crisp aromas of apple, pear and lemon with the subtle complexities of vanilla, and biscuit, toasty layers. It features nice concentration and a dry, refreshing finish that lingers on the palate. Great as an aperitif or pair with caviar, cured meats, and goat or gouda cheeses. 100% Chardonnay.

Mi Mi En Provence Rose Grande Reserve 2025, Provence France – 10% Syrah, 40% Cinsault, 50% Grenache. A fresh and well-balanced wine. Light pink in color with a pleasant after taste that lingers nicely. Its nose is characterized by delicious hints of spring flowers and lemon flavors. On the palate, one will be struck by its flowery notes reminiscent of the flavors of crushed strawberry, lemon and watermelon.

 

Las Pizarras - Fabla #506 2023, Calatayud Spain – 90 Points Wine Spectator. 80% Garnacha, 20% Syrah. Intense cherry red color. Typical Garnacha with aromas of ripe red fruit, plums, figs, and a hint of black pepper and minerality. 

 

Altruria Cabernet Sauvignon 2023, Sonoma California – A warm and inviting nose, evokes dark cherries, violets, and cardamon spice along with notes of grilled meat and sage. The opulent palate brings dark fruit flavors of cassis, blackberry, and plum notes that build complexity and depth in the wine. Bullpen Pilsner Ale (4.7%) 6pk - Bullpen Pilsner features subtle floral and earthy hop notes paired with a clean finish. Light, crisp, and refreshing. 

 

Ponzi IPA (7.3%) 6pk - West Coast IPA hopped with criminal disregard. Featuring five different varietals of hops: Cascade, Chinook, Centennial, Mandarina and Amarillo. This is also followed by hints of Munich malt, Ponzi’s aroma writes checks that its flavor cashes.

 

The Precious One Apricot IPA (6.4%) - The Spring’s most delicate fruit meets its hoppy soulmate in a pour of The Precious One. Take a sip of this juicy IPA and let the ripe apricot notes blossom atop a hoppy base for a delicately sweet bouquet of flavor.

 

Blood Orange Gose (4.4%) 6pk - The Blood Orange Gose is light bodied and effervescent. This slightly tart sour offers a touch of salinity accompanied by sweet orange aromas and faint notes of berry. Low ABV for a refreshing, easy drinking experience.

​Friday, May 15th 2026 4:30pm-7:30pm - Wine Tasting with Dennis from Black Ankle Vineyards

2024 VGV – 56% Gruner Veltliner, 44% Viognier. The Viognier influenced nose immediately takes you out to an apple orchard, not just the smell of the fruit hanging from the trees, but the leaves, the breeze, and the coolness and serenity they offer. The palate adds further dimension with flavors of apricot, raw honey, lime blossom, jasmine, a slight herbal note reminiscent of green tea, and passion fruit. The finish is marked by the gentle tingle of Gruner's signature white pepper note.

 

2023 Passeggiata – Black Ankle’s favorite house red is back and ready for action!  A long-time staple in the tasting room, the 2023 edition is bursting with energy, showcasing it’s classis crispness and delicate spice alongside notes of black cherry, vanilla, fresh flowers, mixed berries and a slightly earthy accent on the finish. 

 

2022 Rolling Hills – 38% Cab Franc, 34% Petit Verdot, 17% Cab Sauv, 11% Merlot. Notes of lightly smoked cedar lift from the glass alongside classic notes of red currants, dried herbs, and cherry. The palate is serious and stately with pleasantly grippy tannins and good concentration. Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot do the heavy lifting this year and it shows with beautiful brambly fruit accented by sage, tobacco, plum, fresh peppercorn and more currants leading to a snappy, fresh finish. 

 

2022 Crumbling Rock – 47% Cab Sauv, 29% Cab Franc, 18% Merlot, 6% Petit Verdot. Opens with aromatics of cedar, violets, sweet tobacco, and cassis leading to a youthful and full-bodied palate with dark berries, mocha, and a slightly smoky note on the finish. Delicious now, but this is going to age magnificently! 

 

2023 Cosecha – 58% Petit Verdot, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Syrah, 2% Cabernet Franc. his vintage gives us perhaps the highest proportion of Petit Verdot we’ve ever used in a wine at 58%! It shows when it hits the glass, an inky, impermeable color and a nose of dark fruits and spices. The palate is big and full of flavor with blackberries, peppercorn, asphalt, dried herbs, dark chocolate and substantial, but still very pleasant tannins. With time those tannins will soften up and reveal an even more impressive and expansive wine, so keep a little room in your cellar (or wherever you hide your precious wine)! 

 

Terra Dulce IX Dessert Wine – Smooth, easy to drink sweet wine that would be perfect either before or after dinner. The sugar and alcohol are so nicely balanced that neither prevails over the other. There is no cloying feel on the palate, rather the wine has a rich, juicy feel to it. Terra Dulce IX shows oxidized aromas similar to Sherry. Aromas and flavors of raisins, dates, fig, almond, toffee, tobacco, and cocoa arise then segue into a long, lingering warm finish. Warm and toast on the palate, great with an after-dinner cheese plate, or chocolate, this port-style wine is also a treat on its own.

​Friday, May 8th 2026 4:30pm-7:30pm - Wine Tasting with Lynnett featuring Wines from Isaac Fernandez

Biutiful Cava Rosé NV, Cava D.O. Spain – 100% Garnacha, from 40-50 year old vines. The nose wafts from the glass in a mix of tart orange, red berries, salty minerality, a touch of citrus peel and a top note of dried flowers. On the palate, the wine is bright, full-bodied, focused and frothy, with a good core and soil undertow, fine balance and a long, tasty finish. Good juice and a fine value. 

 

Legado del Moncayo 2023 Garnacha Blanca, Campo de Borja D.O. Spain – 91 Points OwenBargreen.com, 90 Points Wine Enthusiast. 100% Garnacha Blanca. Aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks with fine lees prior to bottling. 50-year-old estate vines set on granite and sandy loam soils. This is salty and fresh with great texture and loaded with bright green apple, kiwi and cantaloupe flavors. Enjoy now and over the next few years. 

 

Legado del Moncayo 2024 Garnacha Rosado, Campo de Borja D.O. Spain – 100% Garnacha, from 10 to 20 year-old-vines.  It delivers an aromatic constellation of watermelon, blood orange, rose petals, a nice base of soil and just a hint of wild fennel in the upper register. On the palate the wine is full-bodied, focused and bright, with a good core of fruit, sound framing acids and good length and grip on the well-balanced finish. The acids here are not particularly strident, so drink this tasty wine over the next year or so.  

 

Rios de Tinta 2021, Ribera del Duero D.O. Spain – 91 Points OwenBargreen.com, 90 Points Wine Enthusiast. 100% Tinto Fino from 20-30 year-old vines Aged for several months in stainless steel tanks prior to bottling. Juicy red plum and red cherry flavors alongside a smooth mouthfeel and great sense of tension, with salty undercurrent.  

 

Isaac Fernandez 2021 Ribera del Duero (Reserva), Ribera del Duero D.O. Spain – 92 Points OwenBargreen.com 100% Tinto Fino (Tempranillo), from vines 80+ years old planted in Gobelet.  Aged for 30 months in New French oak barrels (Sylvain Reserve, Taransaud and François Freres). This is complex and delicious with mocha, tar and black licorice notes alongside smoky and salty nuances on the palate. Drink 2025-2033.

A sparkling wine made using the Charmat method, from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grown in high-altitude organic vineyards in Gualtallary. The second fermentation in stainless-steel tanks preserves the natural freshness of the fruit and a fine, persistent bubble. The result is a balanced, refreshing sparkling wine with a fruit-forward profile and an agile palate, designed to accompany informal moments and everyday celebrations.

Carpineto 2019 Vino Nobile di Montepulciano Riserva DOCG, Tuscany Italy – 90 Points Wine Enthusiast. 90% Sangiovese, 10% Canaiolo. The name was adopted from the Renaissance town of Montepulciano, where this wine was originally produced. The name “nobile” was given because in the past its production was reserved exclusively for the aristocratic, noble families of the area. Majority of the wine aged 24 months in a combination of previously used Slavonian oak barrels, while the balance rested in French oak, followed by 10 months in bottle. An ethereal bouquet of violets, cherries, and wood fills the nose. On the palate, it is dry, harmonious, and fruity with a velvety, elegant texture and a long finish. Traditionally, this wine is paired with wild boar but can accompany any game meat. Also great with aged cheeses. This is a cellar-worthy wine. 

 

Amulet Estate 75 Wine Company 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon Feliz Creek Vineyard, California – Medium ruby color with bright cherry blossom and warm cocoa to greet you. Mission fig, black cherry and a hint of cedar linger on the palate. Perfect pairing for short ribs, morel mushrooms, or aged cheeses.

​Friday, April 24th 2026 4:30pm-7:30pm - Wine Tasting with Rob from Global

Rough Day NV Extra Brut (Dry) Sparkling, Danubian Plains Bulgaria. – A Prosecco-style sparkling wine. Fresh, crisp, and slightly creamy, with notes of green apple, lemon zest, and white flowers. Good for a casual drink, parties, or to end a rough day. 

 

Materra 2022 Estate Chardonnay, Oak Knoll District Napa Valley CA – 92 Points James Suckling, 91 Points Wine Enthusiast. This Chardonnay nose opens with notes of white peach, jasmine, and a hint of lychee.  Across the palate, there is excellent purity of fruit with notes of tangerine and rose balanced with subtle, spicy oak. The bright acidity balances the creamy texture beautifully. It’s very lively, with great tension and structure. 

 

Domaine De Nizas 2024 Rose, Languedoc France – 40% Syrah - 30% Grenache Noir, 30% Mourvèdre. The 2024 vintage in Languedoc was marked by a dry winter and spring, leading to prolonged drought and challenges in the vines’ water and mineral nutrition. The summer was also dry, with only a few minor rain episodes. This situation resulted in a naturally very healthy harvest, with no disease pressure. Salmon color with violet hints. Aging in stainless steel tanks on fine lees for mouthfeel richness, and in amphorae for minerality, until the blending for bottling Intense nose with notes of red berries (currant) and citrus (orange zest, sweet mandarin, grapefruit). Vibrant and smooth attack with a fresh, mineral finish and a touch of refreshing bitterness on the finale. 

 

Pepe Yllera 2020 Red Blend, Ribera Del Duero Spain – 92 Points Robert Parker. 10 Months in American and French oak barrel. Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. 15 – 50 Years old vines. It has a brilliant cherry red color with intense blue – purple glints. Powerful on the nose with a great variety of red and forest fruit aromas (vanilla, liquorice) and balsamic (eucalyptus) given by the great wood. Liquorice, cedar and smoke aromas, typical of Cabernet Sauvignon variety. It is soft in the mouth, with a silky, sweet and nice acidity which makes it very fresh, with a long finish and an aftertaste reminiscent of berries and vanilla. 

 

Lobetia Red, Castilla, La Mancha Spain – Made from organically grown grapes at the Dominio de Punctum estate. Aromas of ripe red berries, cherries, and a subtle undercurrent of spice, setting the stage for a truly immersive tasting experience. On the palate, the Tempranillo - Petit Verdot blend unfolds a tapestry of flavors. Juicy red fruit, including plum and raspberry, mingles with notes of blackberry and a hint of vanilla, creating a profile that is both vibrant and elegantly structured. The interplay between Tempranillo’s finesse and Petit Verdot's boldness results in a wine that is well-balanced, with a smooth and lingering finish.

SNAPS LAGER (4.5%) - A floral and citrus forward Pilsner-style Lager brewed with hand selected Motueka from New Zealand and Saphir from Germany for a perfect mash up of old and new world. Brewed with 100% German pilsner malt.

BLUE CRAB DDHIPA(6.5%) - A hazy IPA brewed with a hand-selected blend of hops giving notes of tropical fruit, orange, mango and pineapple. A tribute to the best thing you can pull from the Chesapeake Bay. 

 

 

BROCCOLI DDH IPA(7.9%) - A hazy Imperial IPA brewed with a hand-selected blend of hops giving notes of pineapple, citrus, mango, and white grape. Does not include Broccoli.

GREEN FLOWERS WCIPA (6.8%) - A crisp, clear, and modern West Coast IPA with notes of pineapple, citrus, pine, fruity white wine grape, and a touch of dankness.

Cielo NV Brut Prosecco, Veneto Italy – 100% Glera. Brilliant, with a light yellow color. Persistent and silky bubbles tickle the nose and palate, with aromas of lemon peel, acacia flowers and Golden apples. A very fresh taste, almost crunchy with its memories of fresh fruit and citrus fruits. Every sip amazes with a pleasant juicy aftertaste. Vegan. 

 

Cielo Extra Dry Rosé Prosecco 2023, Veneto Italy – 90% Glera, 10% Pinot Noir. Small, fresh bubbles to your palate with fruit and fragrant aromas. Across the palate, flavors of cherry, strawberry, peaches, and apricot are ever present and delightful. A fresh, balanced, and persistent mouthfeel with every sip. Vegan.  

 

Frisk 2024 Prickly Riesling, Alpine Valleys South Eastern Australia – Made by a team of maverick winemakers hailing from Victoria’s far corners, Frisk is crafted by seasoned hands. Harvested in the chilly eve, prized free-run Riesling juice is fermented with canny yeasts that ensure the wine is sporting plenty of aromatic verve. And the prickle? Maison L'Envoyé 2023 Straight Shooter Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley Oregon – 91 Points James Suckling. Aromas of fresh-tilled soil, ripe raspberries and that amazing scent you get when you remove a vinyl LP from its sleeve for the first time. Bright acidity illuminates the wine's tart redcurrant, thyme and rosemary flavors. The wine's crisp, lithe texture is as boisterous as its acidity. 

 

DiamAndes 'Perlita' 2021 Malbec-Syrah, Valle De Uco Mendoza Argentina – 91 Points James Suckling. 80% Malbec, 20% Syrah. Sustainable, and Vegan. Argentine red blend from the Uco Valley. It is characterized as a juicy, medium-to-full-bodied wine featuring red berry, cherry, and subtle spice notes, featuring soft tannins, attractive and bright violet color, with aromas of plum and dark berries. In the palate it is fruity, silky and velvety, medium-bodied with refined tannins and a flavorful finish. Pair this wine with wild bird game, or red or grilled meats.

Goldschmidt Forefathers 2024 Sauvignon Blanc - Wax Eye Vineyard, Marlborough New Zealand – 100% Sauvignon Blanc. Pale straw in color, this wine has aromas of citrus blossom and fruit, including apricot, pear, and nectarine. The palate features white flowers, honeysuckle, and a lingering mouthwatering finish, with distinct minerality from chalky, flinty soils. Its medium-full texture and refreshing acidity make it a versatile pairing for dishes like scallops, goat cheese, roast chicken, grilled trout, salmon, roast turkey, salt and pepper tofu, or pork chop. Wood Program: 100% French/ 20% New Oak, Barrel Aged 9 Months. Bright ruby with violet undertones, this youthful Merlot bursts with high-toned aromas of wild  raspberry, red cherry, and pomegranate, accented by  rose petal, baking spice, and a hint of crushed  limestone. Lively and energetic on the palate, it delivers vibrant notes of cranberry, plum, and red  cherry, with polished tannins and mid-palate  complexity from white pepper and blueberry. The  finish is sleek and mineral-driven, with lingering  black cherry and spice. More agile and lifted than its  Dry Creek counterpart, it reflects Alexander  Valley’s warm days and cool nights with clarity and  verve. Drink through 2035.

 

Hilary Goldschmidt Charming Creek Vineyard 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon, Oakville Napa Valley CA  –  92 points Wine Enthusiast. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aging: 20 months, Barrels: 100% French Oak, tight-grain, 25% new, 75% 2-3 year old barrels. The palate is lush and creamy on entry with mineral notes. The color is deep purple with a youthful hue. It is elegant and yet has mid-palate power and weight. The texture is satiny and bright and held together by fine-grained tannins. Aromas include blueberry, black cherry, and plum with a hint of rose petals. Black fruits bring the flavor of blackberry, black fig, and a touch of cocoa. A delicate dark chocolate bitterness lingers on the finish. As Cabernet Sauvignon wine has a more intense and bolder flavor, the food that pairs well with it is hearty and rich—lamb and steak or a great burger with portobello mushrooms. Nick Goldschmidt Fidelity 2023 Zinfandel, Alexander Valley CA – 92 Points Wine Spectator, 92 Points James Suckling. Barrels: French, Tight Grain, 15% New. Deep purple and full-bodied, this wine opens with blackberry jam, licorice, and pepper aromas. The smooth, layered palate features well-integrated tannins, hints of mineral and Asian spice, and a long, supple finish. A touch of Petite Sirah adds depth, reflecting traditional Italian blending. Enjoy through 2025 with grilled meats, barbecue, hearty pastas, spicy dishes, bold cheeses, or fruit-based desserts.

Crisp acidity and touch of minerality.  Very small production. Only 200 cases made per year. If you like Loire style Sauvignon Blanc, you will love this perfect for spring gem!

These ancient vineyards are farmed by certified organic methods, transitioning to biodynamics. The San Román Tinto is raised for twenty-two months s in casks and demi-muids, with French oak now used exclusively. Twenty-five percent of the barrels are new for each vintage. The 2022 vintage of San Román Tinto comes in at 14.5 percent alcohol and shows beautiful depth and nascent complexity in its bouquet of black plums, black cherries, pipe tobacco, a superb base of soil, a discreet array of tempranillo spice tones, woodsmoke and cedary oak. LES FUMÉES BLANCHES 2023 SAUVIGNON BLANC, IGP Côtes de Gascogne – In 1997, François Lurton and his brother Jacques discovered this little-known terroir, the perfect place to grow and express the true character of Sauvignon Blanc. ‘Les Fumées Blanches’ (meaning ‘white smoke’) owes its name to the morning mist that covers the Sauvignon Blanc vines at the foot of the Montagne Noire between the Atlantic and the Pyrenees. Bright, pale-yellow color with green tints. The nose reveals typical notes of lemon, lime and grapefruit, with beautiful exotic fruits such as passion fruit and pineapple. The palate offers good volume on entry, then becomes lively and fresh with a saline finish.

Beautiful dark ruby color with quite an intense bouquet bringing together aromas or red ripe berries as well as spicier vanilla notes. On the palate the wine is incredibly round with a dense tannic structure, yet not overly massive. Great freshness finished off by slight mineral undertones and a silky texture.  

 

Susana Balbo Late Harvest Torrontes, Paraje Altamira Uco Valley Mendoza Argentina – 100% Torrontes. A wine with yellow color and golden hues. The nose displays delicate, floral aromas combined with exotic fruits. The mouth reveals flavors of fresh fruit that combine with honey and vanilla notes that are due to the oak. La Vieille Ferme Blanc, Rhone, France – Varietals: Bourboulenc, Grenache Blanc, Ugni blanc, Vermentino. Tasting Notes: Elegant pale yellow-green color with silver undertones. This wine opens up with a nose full of freshness with notes of crisp-green apples and pears mixed with a bouquet of mountain flowers such as white thorns and wild verbena. These aromas linger on the palate with a very nice balance between juicy fruit and great freshness. The saline notes on the

finish bring a delicate hint of bitterness which gives this wine length and savoriness. 

 

Cave De Lugny Macon Lugny Les Charmes, Mâconnais Bourgogne France – 100 % Chardonnay. Clear and shiny goldish yellow, with green hints when young. Fresh and fruity with notes of flowers and fruits (nuts, honey, acacia and citrus). Medium-body, packed with delicate flavors of fruits with a slightly spicy finish. 

 

Belle Glos Balade Pinot Noir, Santa Lucia Highlands Monterey County California – Rich crimson in color with fragrant aromas of blackberry, sage, cherry, and hints of rich dark chocolate. Bold and elegant on the palate with boysenberry pie, black currant jam, dark plum, and subtle notes of ground nutmeg. Balanced and structured, this wine has beautiful acidity that lingers through to a long, mouthwatering finish.

 

La Posta Pizzella Malbec, Paraje Altamira Uco Valley Mendoza Argentina – 100% Malbec. A beautiful red and purple color with aromas of black cherries, dark fruits, dark chocolate and baker’s spice. On the palate, the wine shows dense, dark berry and plum flavors along with hints of sandalwood and spice, and even a hint of violets in the finish. This is a full-bodied and well-structured wine that is incredibly full of life and born to be enjoyed with food and friends.

 

Clos de Los Siete Red Blend, Campo de los Andes in the Uco Valley Mendoza Argentina – 91 Points Jeb Dunnuck. Varietals: Malbec, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot. Deep, glittering ruby color and a fresh aroma profile, with notes of blackberry, red fruit and wild herbs. On the palate, the elegant combination of rich body weight with medium plus concentration and seductive acidity adds freshness and liveliness and promises excellent potential for aging.

2024 Albariño – This 100% Albariño.  Thoroughly refreshing and endlessly sippable with flavors of tropical fruits, peaches, sea salt, almond, lime zest, white flowers. There is a persistent mineral thread throughout the long, lively finish. 

 

2022 Passeggiata – Medium-bodied, is a “go-to” wine that is good on its own or with just about anything. Smooth, with nice acidity and easy tannins, this wine shows lots of sweet cherry, plum, and berry aromas and flavors tinged with a hint of earthiness. Note the herbal, floral, and pepper spice that round out all this wine has to offer. The finish is lingering with a palate showing plum, mineral, and pepper spice. 

 

2022 Rolling Hills – 38% Cab Franc, 34% Petit Verdot, 17% Cab Sauv, 11% Merlot. Notes of lightly smoked cedar lift from the glass alongside classic notes of red currants, dried herbs, and cherry. The palate is serious and stately with pleasantly grippy tannins and good concentration. Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot do the heavy lifting this year and it shows with beautiful brambly fruit accented by sage, tobacco, plum, fresh peppercorn and more currants leading to a snappy, fresh finish.  

 

2022 Crumbling Rock – 47% Cab Sauv, 29% Cab Franc, 18% Merlot, 6% Petit Verdot. Opens with aromatics of cedar, violets, sweet tobacco, and cassis leading to a youthful and full-bodied palate with dark berries, mocha, and a slightly smoky note on the finish. Delicious now, but this is going to age magnificently!. 

 

Terra Dulce IX Dessert Wine – Smooth, easy to drink sweet wine that would be perfect either before or after dinner. The sugar and alcohol are so nicely balanced that neither prevails over the other. There is no cloying feel on the palate, rather the wine has a rich, juicy feel to it. Terra Dulce IX shows oxidized aromas similar to Sherry. Aromas and flavors of raisins, dates, fig, almond, toffee, tobacco, and cocoa arise then segue into a long, lingering warm finish. Warm and toast on the palate, great with an after-dinner cheese plate, or chocolate, this port-style wine is also a treat on its own.

Champagne Trouillard Blanc de Noir Extra Brut, Champagne France – 91 Points Wine Enthusiast. This 100% Pinot Noir champagne is only vinified with white juice of black grapes, hence its name Blanc de Noirs. Its low sugar dosage makes it extra dry.  It is defined by a deep and unique structure. It shows golden, fine bubbles, an intense and vinous bouquet with red berries and spicy notes. Ample, full bodied and powerful in the mouth. You will be invaded by a sensation of freshness. 

Chateau Sainte Marie 2023 Bourgogne Chardonnay Vielles Vignes, Burgundy France – 100% Chardonnay. From old vines (Vieilles Vignes), known for fresh, complex flavors of white flowers, citrus (lemon/orange), pear, and spice, with a saline finish, offering crisp acidity balanced by buttery notes, pairing well with seafood, fish, or cheeses like goat cheese.  The 2023 vintage was generally excellent in Burgundy, producing high-quality Chardonnay with vibrant fruit and structure, making this a sought-after, fresh expression of Chardonnay from the region.

A very intense nose of flowers, white peach and pear. On the palate, aromas are expressed with balance and an amazing freshness. A great example of Rhone white, single grape “Viognier”. 
Chateau Bourdieu 2023 Red Cotes de Bordeaux, Blaye Bordeaux France – Gold Medal - 95 Points Decanter. 87% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon and 3% Cabernet Franc.  The beautiful red ruby color is deep and intense. It exhales red fruits and blackcurrant aromas, completed by notes of redcurrant. The mouth feel is round and juicy, with smooth, well integrated tannins that offer a nice structure and a long finish.

The eye is attracted by this delicate, pale golden color, displaying very alive thin bubbles. Fine and fresh, the nose shows delicate white fruit aromas (pear and peach). Fresh, vibrant on the palate, this cuvée shows a subtle creamy texture, very refreshing on the finish, with tiny citrus notes.

Cantine Lunae Bosoni Vermentino Grey Label Colli di Luni DOC – 93 Points James Suckling and #70 Wine Spectator 2025 Top 100. 100% Vermentino. The Vermentino Etichetta Grigia is all about freshness and it is considered by many the best expression of true Ligurian Vermentino. Straw yellow with golden highlights. It opens with fresh and bright fruit, citrus, wildflowers and notes of acacia blossom honey. On the palate it is crisp and elegant with a touch of minerality on the finish. Especially suited for all types of seafood dishes but also on its own as an apertif it will transport straight to the Riviera!

Cordero San Giorgio Tiāmat Pinot Nero Oltrepò Pavese DOC – San Giorgio's name comes from the legend of St. George and the dragon. In Babylonian mythology, Tiāmat is the mother of the whole cosmos, the primordial goddess of the oceans and salt waters, and is depicted in traditional iconography as a dragon.  100% Pinot Nero. Clear and luminous ruby red color. Aromas of small red fruits, along with notes of undergrowth and a slight spiciness characterize the nose. Fresh, lighter in body with pleasant soft tannins on the palate.
