Les Tourelles de la Cree Montagny Premier Cru, Burgundy, France 2018 – Crafted by the venerable Chateau de la Cree estate, Les Tourelles de la Cree offers clean, pure expressions of Burgundian terroir, ideal for everyday drinking. The Montagny Premier Cru comes from 100% Chardonnay fruit grown in the limestone-rich soils that make Montagny the most highly regarded region in Burgundy’s Cote Chalonnaise. Fresh and youthful with expressive notes of melon, white flowers, and linen. The palate is electric with layers of stone fruit and white peach. The mouthwatering mineral-driven finish is long and persistent. A beautiful Premier Cru Chardonnay from the Côte Chalonnaise region of Burgundy!
Laluca Prosecco DOC, Treviso, Italy – 92pts Ultimate Wine Challenge. The nose is instantly defined and distinctive, offering up bold orchard fruits, crisp pears, and lemon curd, all of which come together in a rich, creamy off-dry style that is extremely appealing. There is a deft touch of minerality, playing nicely against the subtle sweetness of the wine. The finish shows excellent length and fine overall balance. Serve chilled as an aperitif. Primarius Pinot Noir Reserve, Willamette Valley, Oregon 2019 – Aromatics are of wild dark fruits, blackberries, fresh tobacco leaf and a touch of savory oak. The palate is equally dark with rich, velvety tannins complemented by the Valley's signature natural acidity. This is a Pinot Noir with structure and balance.
Garzon Tannat Reserva, Garzon, Uruguay 2019 – 91points James Suckling. A juicy, full-bodied wine. Rich purple in color with very fresh aromas reminiscent of red and black fruits such as plums and raspberries, with a delicate spicy nose. In the mouth, it presents a strong personality. Its mature tannins and minerality transform it into a wine with great soil identity. Roasted game meats are the ideal pairing for this Tannat. The most traditional combination is slowly cooked leg of lamb flavored with sage, mint, garlic and olive oil. It also pairs beautifully with blue cheese and toasted walnuts.
Peju Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley, California 2019 – This wine has notes of deep, dark blackberry and plum with hints of vanilla, tobacco and spice. It has a smooth supple entry with a rich, round mid-palate that is elegant in style finishing with soft lingering tannins. Extended maceration on the skins. 100% estate fruit.

Heidsieck Monopole Blue Top Brut, Champagne France – Light yellow color, with green highlights. The nose is strong and generous, slightly woody and spicy, characterized by an aromatic richness blending toasty and buttery aromas. It has an unreserved palate, full, fruity and well-structured taste.
Eisacktaler Kellerei - Cantina Valle Isarco - Sauvignon 2020, Sudtirol DOC Alto Adige DOC – 90 Points James Suckling. The color is greenish yellow. Intense nose, with nettle and blackcurrant scents and the taste; dry, rounded, typical. Best paired with asparagus, snails, poached or grilled fish, ideal as an aperitif.
Henry Fessy - Maitre Bonhomme 2019, Viré-Clessé France – Viré-Clessé "Maître Bonhome" reveals a nice pale yellow gold color. The nose is expressive with notes of fleshy white fruits, honey and white flowers. In the mouth, it is ample and balance to give a generous and delicate wine. Nice freshness. Very food friendly, pair with veal, seafood, lamb and cheeses.
Susana Balbo - Balbo Malbec 2018, Mendoza Argentina – 93 Points James Suckling. Beautiful deep violet color. It is a balanced and well-structured wine with flavors of raspberry, dark plum and currant that feature plenty of refined savory accents. Hints of mineral and smoke appear on its elegant, velvety and long finish. Well integrated oak and filigree tannins. Pair with beef, pork, game meats, cream-based sauces.
Oberon Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 – This is a blockbuster Napa Cabernet with a kiss of Petite Verdot and a dash of Zinfandel to help create Oberon’s deep colors, supple silky tannins, and notes of vibrant black cherry, candied blackberry and spices. A hint of coffee and dark chocolate creates a lingering and delightful finish. Pair this with BBQ, Burgers or your favorite cut of beef.

CAMBRIA KATHERINE’S VINEYARD 2019 CHARDONNAY, Santa Maria Valley CA – 93pts Wine Enthusiast, Editor’s Choice. “Winemaker Jill Russell does wonders with this widely available wine. Aromas of Meyer lemon and sea salt ride over roasted peach on the nose, leading into pan-seared apple, more salt, and a touch of warm butter on the palate.
LA CREMA PINOT NOIR ROSE, Monterey CA – Fruity. Crisp. Classic. Aromas of white strawberry and watermelon are followed by flavors of cran-raspberry, strawberry, and orange creamsicle. On the palate, delicate, crisp, and vibrant.
SIDURI 2019 PINOT NOIR, Willamette Valley OR – Sourced from vineyards in three distinctive appellations within the Willamette Valley: Yamhill-Carlton, Chehalem Mountains, and Eola-Amity. These three areas all bring different attributes to the blend. Grapes from the cooler Chehalem Mountains AVA lend fresh acidity and bright aromatics. This Chehalem Mountain fruit, along with the richer and rounder wines from the Yamhill-Carlton and Eola-Amity areas, give us a broad range of flavors to blend to create a wine that is simultaneously rich and zippy–the best of all possible worlds! Vineyards: Maple Grove, Gran Moraine, Hawk’s View, Shaw Mountain, Arbre Vert, & Zena Crown. AROMATICS: Cranberry, persimmon, bay leaf, black pepper. PALATE: Black cherry, boysenberry, cinnamon, and hints of clove. Pleasantly firm tannins hold the long finish, which is highlighted by juicy acidity and spice. AGING: 30% new French oak for 10 months.

93pts Antonio Galloni, Vinous. “As a blend of our best Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard sites, the Estate bottling is one of the most compelling illustrations of the Stonestreet Mountain. Winemaker Lisa Valkenburg blends this wine with shrewd precision, balancing aromatic intrigue, texture, and the Mayacamas’ signature structural elements into a pure reflection of the vintage. The 2016 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon starts out with savory aromas of blackberry, dark plum, blood, orange, Star Anise, and black cherry. As the wine opens, deep fruit flavors of blackberry cobbler, dried cherry, pomegranate, cassis, and milk chocolate begin to show. The palate is rich and inviting with framed tannins, incredible length and plenty of concentration.”
EDMEADES 2018 ZINFANDEL, Mendocino County CA – 76% Zinfandel, 15% Petite Sirah, 9% Syrah. 19 months in Oak, 64% French, 36% American. The 2018 Mendocino County Zinfandel begins with focused aromas of baking spices including cinnamon and anise. The aromatic spices give way to aromas of blackberries, black currants, black plums, and chocolate dipped strawberries. Bold yet integrated tannins accentuate the richness of the wine, while pleasant acidity keeps it fresh on the finish.

ARGENTO ESTATE PINOT GRIGIO 2020, Mendoza, Argentina – 91pts James Suckling This elegant Pinot Grigio offers the most delicate aromas of flowers and tropical fruits. Light and clean, with peach and white pear flavors, notes of chamomile and a fresh and bright finish. This wine goes great with white meat, fish with mild sauces and soft cheese.
B SIDE CHARDONNAY 2018, North Coast, California – 91pts The Tasting Panel The B Side Chardonnay is a light gold color in the glass with vibrant aromas of baked apples, brioche, warm toasted almond and a distinct fresh orchid floral note. The pronounced aromas lead to a plush, medium-bodied palate with flavors of ripe stone fruit, poached pear, warm pie crust, and subtle honey notes. The wine is a fine balance of upfront fruit concentration and rich texture. It’s a is a delicious wine to sip alone but with its bright acidity, it pairs perfectly with a well-curated cheese board of Brie, Pecorino and aged Manchego.
CHATEAU PIERRE LAFONT BEAUJOLAIS VILLAGE 2020, Beaujolais, Burgundy, France – The Chateau of Pierre Filant is a family estate that was purchased by the Fellot family back in the year 1829. In 1991, Emmanuel took over the estate after his father. He practices organic farming (year 2 conversion) in his vines using organic fertilizers from his free-range cows and does everything to respect the soil by working it by hand and using all natural resources to aid in his mission. It is this philosophy “the natural way is the only way” that he contributes to creating his, “magic terroir”. Intense garnet color, rich with a lot of aromas: fresh blackcurrants and cherry juice. This wine finish is rich and well-balanced. An extremely versatile wine, pair with assorted charcuterie, poultry (think TURKEY or fried chicken), ham, beef tenderloin or pasta dishes. A PERFECT THANKSGIVING RED!

Because it is not relegated to a single county or growing region, we are given the opportunity to source from the best Pinot Noir regions throughout the state. Vivid notes of candied cranberry, raspberry and dark cherry, with cola, toasted oak and earthy backbone with smooth tannins. An extremely versatile wine, this generous and fruit forward Pinot Noir pairs perfectly with salmon, poultry, or tangy pulled pork and buttermilk cornbread.
CARPINETO DOGAJOLO ROSSO TOSCANO 2019, Tuscany, Italy – 90pts Decanter 80% Sangiovese/20% Cabernet Sauvignon. The name Dogajolo was invented by Carpineto’s founders, derived from the Italian word doga, meaning “stave” — the narrow strips of wood used to form oak casks. A young wine that boasts fruity aromas with hints of cherry interlaced with coffee, vanilla, and spice. The blend is briefly aged in oak rendering a medium-bodied red that is soft on the palate with a balanced acidity. With this Sangiovese-based baby Super Tuscan, Dogajolo displays Carpineto’s wonderfully fresh expression, showcasing their mastery of blending native and international varietals. Full and soft on the palate with complex and well-developed flavors and tannins. Great for everyday drinking, this wine is a great value that pairs well with a wide variety of dishes, such as antipasti platters, grilled white meats, and tomato-based pasta.

Chateau De Valmer Vouvray Brut, Loire Valley France - The vines of Château de Valmer, planted on hillsides with clay-limestone soils overlooking the Brenne Valley, allow the four facets of the Chenin to be declined and produce sparkling, dry, semi-dry and sweet white wines. This Vouvray is a great example of Loire Valley Chenin Blanc. With fresh apple, pear, and citrus aromas it is fresh and bright while offer a nice complexity of flavors.
Chateau De Champteloup, Couteax Du Layon 2020, Loire France - 100% Chenin Blanc. Coteaux du Layon is an Appellation d'origine contrôlée (AOC) for sweet white wine in the Loire Valley wine region of France. It is situated in the Anjou district of the region, along the river Layon, which is a tributary of the Loire River. The wines of Coteaux du Layon are all made from Chenin Blanc, locally often called Pineau de la Loire.
Chateau de Santenay Le Hardi Pinot Noir 2019, Burgundy France - Château de Santenay is one of the largest wine estates in Burgundy. This prestigious heritage, made up of a remarkable Château with its glazed tile roof and 98-hectare vineyard, is the result of a centuries-old heritage intimately linked to the history of Burgundy winemaking. A profound dark ruby color. The nose is very harmonious with a large red and dark fruit range on a spicy note. The mouth is well balanced with fine tannins.
Cellier des Dauphins Reserve Cotes du Rhone 2018, France - 97 Points Decanter The captivating depth of its ruby red hue gives great charm to this sun kissed wine. It offers remarkable smoothness and length in the mouth, with generous notes of red fruit and black cherry punctuated by the softness of the natural aromas of vanilla and the vivacity of black pepper for an intense experience.
Escudo Rojo Gran Reserva 2019, Central Valley Chile - 93 Points James Suckling Blend: 2% Cabernet Franc, 44% Cabernet Sauvignon, 39% Carmenere, 4% Petite Verdot, 11% Syrah. Grapes are selected by the technical team and vinified in the Baron Philippe de Rothschild Maipo Chile bodega. Year after year, that subtle combination yields a round, complex and concentrated wine with attractively expressive fruit. Half the vintage is matured in one-year-old oak barrels for 12 months. 25% new oak and 75% in 1-2 year old oak barrels. The nose opens on an elegant combination of red and black fruit aromas, followed with airing by elegant spice and roasted coffee-bean notes. The palate has ripe red and black fruit flavors emerge on the attack, followed on the midpalate by powerful black fruit mingled with delicate spice and roasted coffee-bean notes. Le Jade Sauvignon Blanc 2019, South of France – This Sauvignon Blanc boasts a silvery straw color. Crisp and fragrant white wine with wonderful aromatic intensity, fresh exotic notes, delicious fruity aromas of citrus and gooseberry. A great varietal expression, this is a zesty and refreshing wine that lingers on the palate.
Alain de la Treille Pinot Noir 2020, France – 100% Pinot Noir, this Pinot Noir is beautifully balanced with an elegant ruby robe. The mouth is velvety with black cherry & earthy notes. Vines are located outside the AOC boundaries, hence the Vin de France classification.
Vina Jaraba Crianza 2017, Le Mancha Spain – 80% Tempranillo, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 10% Merlot. The wine delivers a fine nose of desiccated dark berries and black cherries, clove-like spice tones, cigar wrapper, excellent soil tones and an understated framing of cedary oak. On the palate the wine is bright, full-bodied, and velvety on the attack, with a good core of fruit, fine soil undertow and grip, buried tannins and a long, complex and very nicely balanced finish.
Chakana Estate Selection Malbec 2019, Valle De Uco Mendoza Argentina – Antonio Galloni’s 2021 Vinous 94 points, Decanter World Wine Awards 2021 93 points, James Suckling (April 2nd, 2020) 91 points. The 2019 Malbec Estate Selection for Uco Valley offers precise and attractive notes of fresh, sour cherry, plum, and hints of lavender, violet, and thyme. On the palate, it is a mix of flavors framed by fine, reactive tannins. Finishes juicy, with well-integrated freshness and fruity flavors.
Mt. Monster Cabernet Sauvignon 2016, Limestone Coast South Australia – Deep purple in color. Classic aromas of lifted blackcurrant, blackberry and mint on the nose. Flavors follow through of sweet berry-fruit accented by fresh muddled mint. Elegant, structured palate with big velvety tannins.

VIBERTI CHARDONNAY FILEBASSE DOC (UNOAKED) 2020 – The bouquet is bursting with fruit, particularly banana and apple. Elegant floral notes of acacia and minerals accent the nose. The palate is creamy, yet balanced by a pleasant acidity on the finish. Serve as an aperitif or alongside seafood, both raw and cooked, as well as light pasta dishes.
JULIA JAMES PINOT NOIR 2019 – Julia James Pinot Noir stands apart in balance, structure, and elegance. Fresh, lively, and easy to enjoy with delightful aromas of raspberry, flora, and baking spices. Medium-bodied with bright acidity that showcases notes of cherry, vanilla, and well-integrated oak. The lingering finish incorporates harmonious berry and earth flavors. Ideal food pairings include savory pork dishes, hearty salmon preparations, and grilled vegetables.
LOTE 44 MALBEC 2018 – 90 Points James Suckling. The Lote Malbec has a unique and distinctive character. A dark purple color with violet highlights, black cherry, vanilla and mocha aromas with a full and rich mouthfeel and ripe, silky tannins.
ONE TRUE ZIN 2020 – A bold wine with intense purple color. The wine has a very solid structure with a balance between soft tannins and bright acidity. On the palate, the wine shows notes of plum, cherry, marmalade, and some tobacco. Spice comes through on the finish with an aftertaste of cocoa, coffee, and vanilla. Great wine for roasted and grilled meats. Ideal with game dishes. Excellent with mature hard cheeses.

Big Smooth Cabernet Sauvignon, Lodi California - This Cabernet Sauvignon is bold and rich with aromas of ripe boysenberry fruit, luscious berry jam, cassis, and mocha notes. This is a big, plush wine with layers of inviting fruit flavors and spice complexity. The use of oak underpins a pleasing toasty character while showcasing a smooth texture.
